1. Partnership Scope

This Agreement governs the relationship between MunafaHub and registered Logistics Partners (Riders / Fleet Operators) and Authorized Wholesale Suppliers.

2. Logistics Performance Metrics

Riders and fleet partners must maintain a minimum on-time delivery rate of 95% and adhere to cold-chain preservation protocols for perishable groceries. Real-time GPS location sharing must be kept enabled on device APKs during active dispatch shifts.

3. Commission & Payout Schedules

Logistics commissions, travel allowance protections, and supplier payouts are calculated weekly. All transactions are settled directly via the partner's designated bank account or mobile wallet.
